So the woman is not happy about the situation. The man gives her two suggestions. One is to discus the problem with the apartment manager. The other one is to move out. As far as I am concerned, I think the second suggestion is better. First, because I had the same problem. It is a better way to solve the problem when you move out and get a new roommate. Also, moving out to find a new roommate means you have a new friend. Perhaps she or he can help you somewhat. Like your study or your career development.

　　In this conversation, the man is talking to the woman about how many courses he should take next semester. The reason that he is considering taking five courses instead of four is that he may be able to graduate early if he takes more than four classes.

　　The woman points out to him that taking five classes is more than a full-time schedule, that taking five classes is a lot of work, and it will be hard for him to do well in five classes if he's not currently doing well in four classes.

　　It also seems to me that it's not a good idea for him to take five classes if he's not doing extremely well in four classes. I think that he should try to do much better in four classes, and if he can do really well in four classes next semester, maybe after that he can consider taking five classes.

　　In the conversation, the students are discussing a paper they have to write, and they have very different ways of writing a paper.

　　The woman's method is to plan a whole lot. She has been working on the outline for two days. While The man's method is to not plan at all. He writes without planning at all and then maybe goes back and fixes the organization.

　　I think that the best method is somewhere between these two extremes. It is good to plan before you write, but the woman here spent too much time planning. And the man didn't spend enough time planning. When I write a paper, I like to spend some time planning and then get started on the writing after I have spent some time planning.

　　TOPIC: reasons for bad grade on assignment

　　what she did incorrectly on the assignment:

　　The students describe the reason why the woman had a particular problem. Describe the problem then indicate what you think this woman should learn from this.

　　In this conversation, the man and the woman are discussing an assignment they have just completed. She got a bad grade on the assignment and he got a high grade. So she wants to know why.

　　As she described how she finished the assignment. The man begins to understand why her grade on the assignment is not good. First she researched the theory and presented facts on it while the professor wanted opinions instead of facts. Second, the woman wrote too much while the professor has asked a paper that was succinct and to the point. She wrote 8 papers while the man’s well-written assignment was under 2 pages.

　　From this, it is important for the woman to learn from her mistakes and she should learn that it is important to follow the professor’s directions exactly. If a professor says to write her opinion , she should write her opinion rather than facts. If the professor says to write a concise paper , the paper should be concise and not overly long.
